Copying DVD movies to DVD's or CD's requires a few things you will need to do. The first of which is to make sure that you have a software program that will do it. You will need a CD read-writeable drive in your computer. Without it, you will not be able to copy DVD movies with your computer.

While your new DVD copies are burning, you will want to leave your computer alone.
